The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced customer service officer to join our dynamic and highly successful operations team in our Nunawading head office full time.

Reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager, you will undertake various responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Handling high volume of customer enquiries (ETAs, service job coordination etc.)
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Liaising with suppliers
• General administration duties and data entry
• Ad-hoc duties

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate:

• Must have the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a very fast paced and high-pressure B2B environment.
• Must demonstrate strong exceptional customer service skills and phone manner.
• Needs to be able to work cohesively in a team as well as work autonomously.
• Is required to have strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Must have strong attention to detail and strong work ethics.

This fast-paced and busy position is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone who likes to multi-task and has prior experience in customer service, hospitality, customer service call centre or a similar role.
