The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced customer service officer to join our dynamic and highly successful operations team in our Nunawading head office full time.

Reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager, you will undertake various responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Handling a high volumes of customer enquiries (ETAs, service job coordination, etc.)
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Liaising with suppliers
• General administration duties and data entry
• Ad-hoc duties

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate:

• Must have at least 3 years B2B customer service experience
• Must be switched on, proactive and enjoy working in a very busy fast-paced environment
• Needs to be able to work cohesively in a team and a strong team player (a must) as well as be able to work independently when required
• Can demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have strong attention to detail and strong work ethics
• Can demonstrate exceptional organisational and time management skills

This fast-paced and busy position is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone who likes to multi-task and has prior experience in customer service or a similar role.
